Kit purchases

If a kit does not match its description, email us within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID for a full refund to your original payment method.

Download problems

If a download does not work, email us and we will send the files again. If we cannot deliver the kit, we refund you in full.

Timelines

Refunds are started within 3 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
